Ok...I have this whole day to get lots of stuff done. I have a long to-do list.
-mop kitchen floor
-vacuum the house
-clean the bathroom
-grade papers
-plan for Monday's classes
-pack for going to VA
Nice to-do list....but so far I have not gotten much checked off.... I did mop the kitchen floor but not much else... instead I have gotten sidetracked checking my e-mail, blogs, and the new covenant community. I have had a great time but my list is not completing itself.... To bad!
Tomorrow I am traveling again! This time to VA to visit my good friend from highschool, Charlotte! And then on Sat...Jake is driving down to visit! (Hummm which am I more excited about...:) I can't wait to see Charlotte but I am very, very glad, Jake is coming and we get to spend 36 hours together! Dating long distance has it's challenges! Well I better get back to my list so that I CAN travel tomorrow!
Well, the day has come that I knew was coming.... I came home from running around town and Zoe (the Beta fish) was no longer with us...... very sad....he had a wonderful 2 sec burial at sea!
I love this weather! I am sitting by my sliding glass door, with it wide open, enjoying the breeze blowing through the house. Ebony will run outside chasing something and then wander back in and lay at my feet! Grandma is sitting in "her" chair (a brown recliner) reading a magazine. I think that she has read this magazine cover to cover numerous times in the last several days but she is still enjoying it! I am need to find a good table for out on our back porch so we can eat dinner outside. Hopefully I can find something I can use in the workshop or at Goodwill. Well I am back to work on my stack of papers for Biology!
